Alfresco Dining
As cooking is strictly prohibited in the cabins and surrounds, we provide dedicated alfresco dining areas that are available on the grounds for guests to self-cater. These undercover areas are provided with BBQ’s, microwave ovens, fridges and freezers for food storage, washing up and cooking utensils and equipment supplied. Please enquire about our pre prepared BBQ packs and lunch packs that are available from reception.
Restaurant & Cafe

Due to Australia’s severe staff shortages affecting this industry, the management made the difficult decision to close the Restaurant for the 2023 season..
However, our aim is to provide guests with the best experience possible, therefore following
services will be available:
Two fully equipped outdoor BBQ
kitchens with microwave, toaster, kettle, gas burners, fridges, freezers, crockery,
and cutlery, all provided for guests to self-cater. Our lodge is more than just a
place to stay. Guests are invited to take some time out in The AFrame, read a
book, watch a presentation on the history of the Gorge, or sit by the fire
while mingling with other guests. Snacks, meat packs, bottled beer and wine and some basic groceries available for purchase from the shop.
